We are building a more connected layer around commercial space work

Our vision
Commercial real estates still runs on too much fragmented work.

Documents live in one place, decisions in another, and important context is often spread across inboxes, folders, systems, and people. As a result, teams spend too much time chasing information, reconstructing context, and moving work forward manually.

Our vision is to make that work more connected, more usable, and more valuable over time.

We are starting with leasing because it is one of the clearest places where these problems show up. But the broader ambition is to build a stronger operating layer around commercial space work - one where structured information, better coordination, and more usable outputs can support the teams and decisions around it.
Our approach

We are building Signio step by step — starting with practical tools for tenants, while developing a broader operating layer for landlords over time.

Start where the value is immediate

We begin with tools that help tenants understand, structure, and stay on top of their lease commitments in a more usable way.

Build from real leasing workflows

At the same time, we are developing a broader landlord-side direction around the workflows, coordination, and information that sit around leasing work.

Expand with discipline

Over time, our goal is to connect these layers more deeply - but only where they create real value in practice for the teams working with commercial space.
